Once we have confirmed your card authorisation for your order and confirmed your order in writing (by email), an agreement between us is concluded. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24hrs of placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
All products are subject to availability. If your order is not available at the time of purchase we will contact you as soon as possible to give an estimated delivery date. If products that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorization.

It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition, quality inspected and properly packaged before despatch. Products are subject to availability and delays may occur that are out of our control.
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate; however errors may occur which leads to goods being incorrectly priced. If a pricing error occurs we reserve the right to hold your order and contact you to ask if you wish to reorder at the correct price or of cancelling your order. We are not obliged to send goods which are incorrectly priced. Where you opt to cancel your order, any payment already made will be fully refunded.
Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately depict the appearance of the products. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered. We do our very best to ensure we accurately portray the product to you.
We generally ship products within 1-2 business days of an order. Delivery is typically within 4-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The products are considered delivered when accepted by or on behalf of you at the delivery address. We are not responsible should such an individual not be authorized to accept such delivery. We are not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order.
When ordering goods from our site for delivery located outside Europe, your merchandise is exported free of Irish Taxes. However, all merchandise may be subject to Duty or other Taxes on importation to your own country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
